Hi, I’m Jessica Gibson a personal trainer with over 16 years of experience in helping individuals take control of their health and fitness. I specialize in making fitness approachable and safe, especially for those who might feel intimidated by the gym environment.
My love for the outdoors is a huge part of who I am. Whether it's mountain biking, paddle boarding, bird watching or a simple hike, I cherish spending time outside with my husband and kids. This love for outdoor activity not only shapes my personal life but influences my training approach, fostering a connection between the body, mind, and nature.
What truly drives me is the helping people find consistency on their fitness journey.
I understand that stepping into the world of exercise can be daunting for many. That's why I've dedicated my career to guiding and empowering individuals, particularly older adults, to embrace exercise in a way that's comfortable and effective. My approach is tailored to each client's needs, focusing on safe techniques, gradual progression, and positive reinforcement.
Whether you're taking your first steps into fitness or looking to enhance your current routine, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we'll design and create a training plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
Feel free to reach out, and let's start this exciting journey together!

Becca Harvey
Geriatric Specialist
Certified Personal Trainer
National Academy of Sports Medicine
Hi! My name is Becca Harvey. I have been working for three and a half years as a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I love it! I personally experienced the benefits of exercise after dealing with some health issues when my doctor told me exercise could reverse them. He was right. Now I love to share my enthusiasm and knowledge by working with others. I enjoy helping clients reach and maintain their goals while focusing on keeping them safe. My goal is for everyone to maintain independence and enjoy better health for as long as possible. This is accomplished by including strength, flexibility and balance training all while working around any health issues they may have. Exercise is not just for the young. It is essential as we age into our sixties, seventies, eighties and beyond to keep active!

Jennifer Smith MAT, LAT, ATC, PES, CNC
Certified Athletic Trainer/Rehab Specialist
NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
Hi! I'm Jenn Smith. I have been a certified and licensed athletic trainer for 19 years. I spent most of my career working in the athletic department at Trinity Valley School before recently venturing out on my own. Just before meeting Jessica, I started Unlocked Athletic Therapy and planned to provide mobile treatment and rehab of injuries to people in the greater Fort Worth area. However, after we met, I decided to link up with Jessica to become part of the amazing Fit Life community and utilize the awesome facility she has created. My specialty is a hybrid of personal training and physical therapy that I call athletic therapy. I have a background in the areas of sports medicine, rehabilitation, and fitness training, which together allow me to tailor the perfect program for you no matter what stage of life you are in. If you are new to working out or just getting back into it, need help working around an injury, are fighting through menopause, want to lose weight, move better, or increase fitness, you are in the right place! I’ll help you reach your goals in a safe, non-intimidating way.
